Topic - Building the Right Company Culture to Deliver Happiness - From A to Zappos
Building the right company culture is your passport to a high performance organization.
Elements of your corporate culture will determine the customers, suppliers and employees who you want to do business with and who will want to work with you!
Your company’s culture must be intentional and unique to your organization. It must also be a reflection of the leadership, values, and ideals of your company. It cannot be borrowed, bought or bartered.
How would you describe your culture now? And is this the culture one that will propel your company into the future?
In this interactive program, participants walk away with practical tools that will:
- Provide 5 steps to a high performance culture
- Illustrate how to transform a culture
- Identify cultures that work and those that don’t
- Create alignment and sustainability
